Green Growth | Notion

Green growth attempts to maintain growth while reducing impact. In this respect it contrasts with degrowth, which suggests the solution as abandoning a growth model altogether.

I think that degrowth is a more convincing solution than green growth, if only because the evidence so far is that growth tends to eat up the gains of decarbonisation etc. The problem is that degrowth will be too hard to implement in the face of neoliberal capitalist opposition.
